Return Window

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days after delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, handmade, and spiritual gift reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once used, damaged, altered, or removed from their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and help provide a solution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
